RETURN Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below:
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Store credit is processed once your item(s) have been verified as an authorized return, sorted and inspected. We then email an E-Gift card within 3 business days of receiving the item for the value of your return. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW DO SHOP PAY INSTALLMENT RETURNS WORK?
For those that purchase using Shop Pay installments you will need to initiate the returns processes as stated above. Shop Pay returns will also need to be verified as an authorized return, sorted and inspected. We will email an E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return for the value of the return. You will have to complete the installments through Shop Pay and can then use your store credit on your next purchase. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- Please review the list of ineligible items below before requesting a return.
- Orders that have a promo or discount code applied at checkout will be refunded at the discounted pricing. The promo or discount code will not be regenerated for you to use on a future purchase.
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returned merchandise. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
Returns must be in original, unworn condition with no stains, defects, pet hairs, smells, or any signs of wear or use. All original tags must be attached. Items can be returned for a STORE CREDIT within SEVEN days of purchase. Must have receipts/order # if placed online. Only clothing items are eligible for return. Jewelry, beauty products, bodysuits and all accessories are considered final sale. Any item discounted 20% or more is final sale. Holiday items are final sale.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, the return will be denied and any shipping charges to get merchandise back to the customer will be at the expense of the customer.
No returns or exchange for custom items
Shipped Orders
- Must notify us of return with-in 3 days of receiving order
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
- We do not provide return labels.
Customers who process more than 3 returns in 90 days we will no longer be eligible returns.
Local Pick up
We will hold local pick ups for 2 weeks. If you are unable to pick up your order in that time period, contact us to pay shipping. Store pick ups that are not picked up within the returns period are not eligible for store credit or exchange. After 60 days items will be donated.
Cowhide bag: it is normal to have some shedding. Avoid constant rubbing with the cowhide so that bald spots do not appear.
We are not responsible for wear and tear due to use of the bag.
DEFECTIVE ITEM:
- If you have received a defective item please email (helplouandjoclothing@gmail.com) within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Store Credit will be issued via STORE CREDIT. If return is processed in-store a paper copy will be given. This credit can be used to shop in-store or online. If return is processed online, an E-gift card will be emailed to your email address you provided. Please verify your information is correct before requesting a return. A 16-digit code is given. There is a section at checkout to apply this to your online purchase. You are able to print/screenshot and we can apply your credit to an in-store purchase also.

- DISCOUNTS-orders or items that have a discount code of 20% or more applied at checkout, is considered FINAL SALE and does NOT qualify for a return or exchange of any kind.
- Flash Sale Items, Grab Bags, Mystery Bags, and Style Bags/Combos are not eligible for a return or exchange of any kind.
Due to our fast inventory turnover, all SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Thank you for understanding.
